Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, Portage, WI, has settled its patent infringement suit against Truseal USA, Inc. Truseal admitted infringement of Saint-Gobain’s US Patent No. 6,290, 265. As part of the settlement agreement, Truseal will assign all customer sales and current intellectual property, including Truseal’s US Patent No. 6,432,345 and four other patents, to Saint-Gobain. Truseal’s manufacturing, marketing and sales activities will be integrated into Saint-Gobain’s Healthcare Market Business unit.
